SHIPPING

Orders are prepared in Sydney and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order size. Tracking details are sent by email on dispatch.

RITEO is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect information entered at checkout.

RETURNS

RITEO does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery at contact@riteo.com.au with your order number and photographs where applicable. Return instructions will be provided on request.

RETURN CONDITIONS

Items must be returned in original condition and packaging.

REFUNDS

On receipt and inspection, you will be notified of approval or rejection by email. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank to process this.
